郑定山

副教授

个人简介

    郑定山,男,理学博士,副教授,中共党员,硕士生导师,湖北省教育厅人才工程项目入选者。研究方向为:低维光电探测器、薄膜晶体管、微纳光电材料与器件,主要从事低维纳米材料的制备,以及基于一维半导体纳米线及二维材料等光电探测器件方面的研究工作。近年来主持湖北省自然科学基金面上项目和湖北省教育厅项目各1项,已在Nano Letters、ACS Nano、Advanced Functional Materials、Nanophotonics、Nanotechnology等期刊上发表论文30余篇,其中以第一作者发表影响因子大于10的一区SCI论文3篇,论文他引400余次。已授权国家发明专利1项。
