陈海燕,出生于1963年12月,博士,教授,硕士生导师。美国亚利桑那大学光科学学院访问学者。主要从事光纤基器件与系统、集成光学及微波光子学等方面的研究。主持过包括国家自然科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金在内的各类科研项目9项,主持过省级等教学研究项目3项,参与过包括国家自然科学基金在内的各类科研项目4项,以第一作者(或通讯作者)发表论文142篇,其中SCI收录36篇、EI收录43篇。获得长江大学科技进步一等奖3项、二等奖1项,多次获得校级教学质量优秀奖。
